Make sure to include the following subjects: the high volume of customers who have paid or sent parts with no response, the complete lack of responses to emails and phone calls, the thousands of dollars of parts and payments never returned for work never finished. Multiple-thousands of dollars worth of payments and parts are being withheld - sounds like grand larceny to me. If there was no criminal intent, Milo would be in contact with his customers, or he would return parts, or he would return payment. He is not in contact, he has not returned parts, he has not returned payment. Please, present your argument.
